Markham Group of Artists (MGA)
The Markham Group of Artists (MGA) was pleased to host two MTAC members as volunteers
from October 1, 2021 to January 30, 2022. Ella Wen and Karena Alrabai supported MGA’s
efforts to reach out to the public by creating postings for our member online art shows on
social media. MGA will miss their enthusiasm and positive contributions to our group and wish
them well as they move on to other projects.
MGA is currently offering two volunteer opportunities for Markham teens interested in the

Seeking New Volunteers!
The Markham Group of Artists is offering an opportunity for two volunteers to assist with social media postings through to the spring.
Their art group is seeking to work with high school volunteers who are familiar with social media and who can use them to advantage to increase our social presence. Their volunteers gain valuable workplace and social media marketing experience. They would be more than happy to sign for high school volunteer hours and supply letters of reference when requested.
Let them know if you are available 2-3 hours per week for occasional Zoom meetings and to create postings (daily or every other day).
